O:TU winemaker - Gordon Ritchie
Marlborough born and bred, Gordon Ritchie is committed to creating Marlborough wines of the highest possible quality. With over 18 years experience with a number of esteemed NZ wineries including Delegats, Forrest Estate and Seresin, Gordon has also studied an Applied Science Degree in Wine Science from Charles Sturt University in NSW, Australia.

Otuwhero Estates Viticulture Ops Director - Michael Davison
Having first explored and analysed the Otuwhero area's unique climatic advantages for producing premium Sauvignon Blanc in the late 1990s, Michael Davison set about pioneering vineyard development there. He directs operations seeking input from top viticultural and other consultants as necessary.

Otuwhero Estates Director - John McLaughlan
Christchurch-based John McLaughlan has had a long held interest in producing fine NZ wine, and has spent years of summers with his family in the Marlborough region appreciating its wines. He brings general management to the Otuwhero partnership.

Otuwhero Estates Advisory Director – Graham Smith
Graham Smith joined Otuwhero Estates to marry his many years of commercial experience in property with his enjoyment of fine wines, and provides key property development guidance.

Otuwhero Estates Associate Director – Andrew McLatchie
New Zealand born and a Bali resident for 25 years, Andrew McLatchie has many years of manufacturing and global export experience and provides key O:TU sales guidance.

Otuwhero Estates Vineyard Manager - Wade Thompson
After many years working with the land in forestry, farming and viticulture, Wade is on the ground from the start of each new Otuwhero vineyard development, overseeing activity through to full production and working closely with the broader Otuwhero team and contracted resources.

O:TU Intl Marketing & Sales Manager - Antonia Davison
A sixth generation Marlburian, Antonia is responsible for all O:TU marketing and sales activity across the company's domestic and export markets. She has a background in marketing, brand and communications and a masters degree in management.

O:TU Marketing & Sales Assistant - Georgina Davison
Managing O:TU sales for NZ's South Island and Lower North Island, Georgina also assists with O:TU marketing activity, joining father Michael and sister Antonia. She has a Psychology degree and is Marlborough-based.

O:TU Administration/Export Coordinator - Sally Rauner
Responsible for coordinating O:TU's administration and export processing, Sally Rauner has a background of over 30 years in Financial Controlling and Administration.

O:TU Administration Assistant - Mandy Magill
Christchurch-based Mandy Magill helps out with O:TU marketing activity and assists with domestic financial administration.
