Jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc

Made with Otu Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle Otu Estate Sauvignon Blanc (chilled or frozen into cubes)
  • 1 small frozen jalapeño (sliced, seeds removed for less heat)

  • A handful of ice

How to make:

  • Take one fresh green jalapeno and slice thinly
  • Freeze slices for an hour or two
  • Pour your favourite Otu Estate Sauvignon Blanc into a large wine glass
  • Drop in 1-2 slices of frozen jalapeno
  • Taste & adjust – for a more pronounced kick, add additional jalapeño.
  • Prefer a softer palate? Balance with extra ice or a splash of chilled Sauvignon Blanc.

Grapple Martini

Made with Otu Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:
  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Otu Estate Sauvignon Blanc
  • 30 ml cloudy apple juice (sweetened)
  • Top up with sugar syrup

How to make:

  • Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  • Prepare green grapes for garnish.
  • MUDDLE grapes in the base of the shaker.
  • Add OTU Estate Sauvignon Blanc wine
  • Add Vodka and apple juice
  • SHAKE with ice
  • Garnish with grapes and enjoy


Cranberry Sangria

Made with Otu Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:
    • 30 ml Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
    • 60 ml OTU Estate Sauvignon Blanc
    • 30 ml Cranberry juice
    • Top up with Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up)

How to make:

  • SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
  • TOP with lemonade.
