Every so often our Winemaker sees something standout; an outstanding vintage, an exceptional block of vines, expressive minerality, exquisite intensity of fruit – and chooses to capture its finesse. Small parcels, hand-selected blocks & always hand-crafted. This Limited Release Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc encapsulates just that.

A refined, bold and intensely vibrant Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, sourced solely from our finest yielding blocks on the OTU Wine Estate. The bold intensity of ripe melon and lime zest builds across the palate, offset by vibrant green apple acidity. Crisp and full-bodied with exceptional depth, this fine wine showcases outstanding minerality and length.

The process of perfecting this rare Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc entailed a strong focus on achieving the right fruit at harvest time, and late picking to guarantee optimal flavour components. Whole clusters were gently whole bunch pressed, fermented in small stainless steel barrels, then aged on lees for 6 months, before blending.

Mouth-watering lime zest, red grapefruit, stone fruit, opening up to bolder tomato skin notes over time. Savor this simply unique and refreshing, dry white wine delivered to your door.
