Jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc
Made with Otu Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Otu Estate Sauvignon Blanc (chilled or frozen into cubes)

1 small frozen jalapeño (sliced, seeds removed for less heat)

A handful of ice
How to make:
- Take one fresh green jalapeno and slice thinly
- Freeze slices for an hour or two
- Pour your favourite Otu Estate Sauvignon Blanc into a large wine glass
- Drop in 1-2 slices of frozen jalapeno
- Taste & adjust – for a more pronounced kick, add additional jalapeño.
- Prefer a softer palate? Balance with extra ice or a splash of chilled Sauvignon Blanc.
Grapple Martini
Made with Otu Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Otu Estate Sauvignon Blanc
- 30 ml cloudy apple juice (sweetened)
- Top up with sugar syrup
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare green grapes for garnish.
- MUDDLE grapes in the base of the shaker.
- Add OTU Estate Sauvignon Blanc wine
- Add Vodka and apple juice
- SHAKE with ice
- Garnish with grapes and enjoy
Cranberry Sangria
Made with Otu Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:
- 30 ml Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
- 60 ml OTU Estate Sauvignon Blanc
- 30 ml Cranberry juice
- Top up with Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up)
How to make:
- SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with lemonade.
